Former Bundesliga goalkeeper Heinz Muller won a lawsuit against his club, FSV Mainz 05, before the German labor court. The Court ruled in favor of the player, who claimed toward the fixed term of his contract. In particular, as explained in the decision, according to the law, the nature of the work as a professional football player does not justify such a limitation of the employment contract. Sauber F1 pilot Giedo Van der Garde successfully filed a lawsuit, before the Australian court, against his car team, claiming a breach of the contact and demanding to let him drive in the upcoming race. According to the Court of Melbourne, Sauber failed to provide a race seat during the 2015 season, as it had offered to its pilot. UEFA
